Quantitative analysis involves estimating Life Cycle Costs to arrive at an economic equitable assessment of competing design alternatives considering total expenditures over its-entire economic life. The paper applies ualitative and Quantitative concepts to choose prospective designs of two configurations of the CWC i.e, the Vertical and the Horizontal orientations.
