    Comparative profit performance analysis of IPOs among top five issuing sectors in India

    Initial Public offer (IPO) is a process through which an unlisted company can be listed to a Stock exchange by offering its securities to the public. IPO may be for expansion of existing activities of the company or setting up of new projects or just to get its existing equity shares listed by diluting the stake of existing equity shareholders through offer for sale or any other object as may be specified by the Company in its offer document. In this paper, an attempt has been made to analyze the comparative profit performance analysis of IPOs among top five sectors in Indian stock markets. It examines listing day performance of IPOs, post-listing aftermarket performance of IPOs, current-price of IPOs in the Indian stock market. This study is based on secondary data collected from stock reports of Indian Stock Markets for the study period i.e., 2012-13 to 2020-21. Profit Ratios, t-test, correlation analysis has been used to analyze the present data. The study suggested that once the stock goes public, there's a good chance you won't initially make money. IPOs generates higher returns on investments of companies and investors.

In this view market performance of issued IPOs, which is very much required for investors for opt and subscribe the IPOs. In this research paper, an attempt has been made to analyze the marketing rating performance of IPOs among top twelve sectors companies, which are issued IPOs in Indian stock markets. It analyses market rating performance measures with four indicators; Low risk, moderate to High return, Low risk low return or Moderate risk, moderate/high return, High risk high return and High risk, low/moderate return, Moderate risk low return are used to measures the risk of investment of IPOs. This study is based on secondary data collected from stock reports of Indian Stock Markets for the study period i.e., 2012-13 to 2020-21. t-test, correlation analysis has been used to analyze the present data. The study suggested that once the stock goes public, there's a good chance you won't initially make money that These ratings help IPO investor in choosing IPOs for short- and long-term investment to get possible yields.

Due to the growing industrialization, urbanization, social legislation and along with the spread of higher education and awareness, the emergence of Women owned businesses are highly increasing in the economies of almost all countries. The increasing presence of women in the business field as entrepreneurs has changed the demographic characteristics of business and economic growth of the country. Women entrepreneurs faces many genders related challenges they face in the competitive business world with their male counterparts. Even, women enterprises are playing a more active role in the society and in the economy. This study focused on the role and contribution of women entrepreneurs, women entrepreneur’s capability and performance, government initiatives and promotions and problems faced by urban and rural women entrepreneurs and suggestions for future prospects for development of women entrepreneurs, especially in the district of Visakhapatnam.
