| dc.description.abstract | Third-party logistics (3PL) companies have a crucial role in preventing and resolving supply chain disputes, maintaining operational continuity, and building cooperative partnerships. Through their logistics management acumen, 3PLs resolve usual issues like discrepancies in performance (e.g., missed deadlines, incorrect inventory), policy adjustments (e.g., varying compliance, billing terms), and compliance audits that reveal gaps in operations. These issues, if not resolved, can result in monetary fines, relationship deterioration, and supply chain disruption. | |
